02.Sample free or need to pay?
There is a fee for proofing, but this fee will be refunded to you when the large order is officially confirmed.
03. What is MOQ?

04. What's the location of your factory?

05. Can you print any logo for customer?
Yes, we can. You can also OEM and ODM.
06.Can I obtain samples before mass production?
Yes, we will confirm the pre-production sample for you before production.
07.Can you accept the tailor-made tent order?
Yes, we are the manufacturer of the tent. You are welcome to place an order for the custom tent.
08.How long does sample take?
Samples will be ready in 7-15 days, depending on your printing and material requirements.
09.How long does normal order take?
Depending on your order quantity and printing requirements and other factors. The first production of the general tent is about 15-30 days, and the second production is about 10-25 days.
10.How can I place order?
You can order online or sign a partnership agreement with us.

01. Does each tent have a different fabric to choose from?
Yes, we can produce according to the fabric specified by the customer. At the same time, we will also recommend other fabrics with higher cost performance according to customers’ needs. Please see the description on the product page for details. If you are not clear, please consult us.

Depending on your order quantity and printing requirements and other factors. The first production of the general tent is about 15-30 days, and the second production is about 10-25 days.

Custom Design–Making custom template/logo/package first.
Samples–Making samples for you check.
Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.
Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.
Production arranged–we will process the production.
Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment.
Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.
Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.
After sales service.
03. If any defective backage, how do you deal with?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective backage.
Warn Tips: Any man-made damage we cannot change, refund or make up.
04.Do you have a price list?

05.What other services you have?
We offer our customers a one-stop workstation solution, including custom design, packaging and accessories. Customers can choose OEM or ODM to cooperate with us.

After you confirm our order or PI, we will request you to pay. We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, your name it.

a. For small trial order, by air or by express :EMS,FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc.
b. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
